Cotton pads for sweat production needed in Croatia

One of our products is an undershirt - a Sweat Stop Shirt.
For the manufacture of this product, in line with the enclosed sketch, we would require a replaceable armpit sweat pad used for the absorption of sweat thus preventing it to seep to the outer layers of clothing.
