Cotton Fabric

We are looking for some flags to be manufactured. We plan to customize these. We are based in the UK. We need to order around 1000 in the first order to be customized. But this would be for different clients, so perhaps it would be best to have quality flags from you and put transfers onto them in the UK as required by clients. There is a photo attached as to the purpose of the flags. The dimensions of the flag are 42cm by 23 cm, but we are happy to vary this if there is good reason. It will sit
