Corn oil production line requested from Tunisia

a Libyan friend who wants to establish new plant corn oil with the necessary supporting information
and specifications factory with 30,000 tons capacity / year (4,000 plastic PET bottles).
including costs montages Tripoli in Libya and started and trials and a warranty period .
all will be under the direction of a French company main components;
1- The large bottles forming line - filling - closing - Sticker information - Carton packaging.
