We represents our client, as set out in this Letter of Intent (“LOI”). This buyer is based in China (“Buyer”), and we hereby confirm that Buyer is ready, willing and able to purchase and pay for Copper Wire Scraps.
1. Product: Copper Wire Scraps 99.99% pure
2. Quality: Brass wire
3. Origin: Any
4. Monthly quantity: 50,000 metric tons (+/- 1%)
5. Annual Quantity: 600,000 metric tons
6. Contract Period: 12 Months from date of the SPA agreement
