Conveyor systems - need offer - Turkmenistan

I am interested in procuring a conveyor for oil sludge. Sludge is the combination of petroleum oil + water + mostly soil (soil is mostly composed by sand ~80% and shale ~20%). Conveyor to be able to load oil sludge at a rate of 5m3/hour (~13000kg/hour) from the ground level to a 5 meters height.
