Construction Iron Bars buy lead RFQ from Haiti

Hello,
We represent a Haitian construction company and we would like to find a permenent supplier for Iron in bars (30 feet) of 1/2 inches, 5/8 inches and 3/4 inches? THE GRADE NEEDS TO BE 40 not 60 (third world market)
We would like a first quote for 1000 Tons for a trial purchase, and if satisfied, we will import up to 10 000 tons the first year, and more if the conditions are very good.
Quote is EX-Factory, FOB or CIF Haiti.
