Actually our factory is still under construction and we are looking to buy concentrated tomato paste under below specification :-
1. Color : 2.2 -2.3
2. Bostwick : 6-7 cm/30 sec
3. Howard mold Count(HMC) : Below 40%
4. Lycopene : No specific standard. It is a antioxidant and it is health beneficial for our body. It is naturally found in Red and pink fruit. It can be 0.5 to 2 mg/kg.
