Complete line for producing dried tomato

we need a complete line for producing dried tomatoes. including all machines from cutting to packaging. it should be small with the minimum tons per day and should be expandable in the future.
please send us a proposed lay out including all machinery and detailed prices. we are farmers growing tomatoes in jordan valley and working on getting a grant and a bank loan to do the project.
