Cold room storage for frozen products

I plan to make a cold storage project on my farm for preserving fresh products and storage of frozen products . the cold rooms will be for rental . i am going to construct a steel hanger with plastred hollow block walls : Area @ 20x25m . Height ? door opening ? floor requirements ? need high windows or not ? ....?
