Coal Gasifiers For Sodium Silicate Production

i am sodium and potassium silicate producer in pakistan, i want to run my furnaces having temeperatures
between 1100 to 1300 deg celcius, could you pls give me best possible solution for coal gasifiers through
which i can run my furnaces on coal gas.
