Clothing Products to import to United Kingdom

I would really appreciate some information on starting an online modest fashion brand. I am just undertaking some research. What would be the process of ordering garments from you? Would you add my own label? Am I able to modify certain aspects of the design e.g. long sleeve rather than pictured short sleeve?
