I want to set up a chocolate factory for making coating/couverture chocolate (for coating ice cream bars)
the capacity should be 1 tonnes per day.
I also want to make molded chocolate bars and chocolate-enrobed biscuits. The equipment for these two items should be the smallest possible capacity.
