Chocolate coated dates biscuits making machine line

Hi all.
i am dates fruits whole seller. looking for two things:
1- machine that makes dates biscuits and covered by chocolate or coconut sauces with good price. also, machine for packaging and covering.
2- buyers who are able to cooperate with me, they buy dates from them and i buy chocolate dates biscuits from them. or they manufacture it for me with economist prices as well.
