Ceramic tiles factory to set up

well i want to establish a ceramic tiles factory here in pakistan..so i dont know that how much investment and the equipment everything that ll be need for factory...i need an expert who make factory for me here in pakistan..tile size in starting 8*8 and 8*12 glazed and matt.
