Cement importation request from Sierra Leone

we, the undersigned terra oil and gas (sl) limited, acting with full legal and corporate authority and responsibility confirm that we are ready, willing and able to enter into a contractual agreement to purchase the following commodity:
commodity: ordinary portland cement
origin: turkey.
Specifications: 32.5r (opc bs 12/96, en-197/2000, astmc-150 standards)
quantity: 12,500 metric tons (spot deal).
Packing: 50 kg kraft double-lined paper bags in 1.5tons sling bags (plus 2% empty bags at seller’s expense)
target price: usd 80.00 per metric ton
destination: freetown, sierra leone
delivery: c.I.F.
Payment terms: l/c payable at sight
period: spot deal (may lead to a monthly supply for 1 year depending on the price and service).
Performance bond: 2% of l/c value to the destination.
