Carousel and telematic system wanted Portugal

I am looking for 1) a carousel of medium or small size to operate during the whole year in Portugal. I can share an example that you can find attched.

In addition, 2) I would like to incorporate if possible a telematic system, so I can check the usage of each carossel unit against the tickets bought by clients and also antecipate maintenance.
