Car horn production line importing Iran

We are one of contractor of local automobile manufacturer in Iran.
We want to buy a complete production line for producing 200,000 sets car horn per year in one shift . Because the custom tax is too high (more than 40%).We have plastic injection machines. We will need plastic molds, pressing molds, bobbin / coil production machine (solenoid), armature and diaphragm molds and machine , semi automatic assembly line machines, glue dispenser, test machines and etc. We are going to produce snail horns for cars that are produced inside Iran. We intend to sell horns directly to local car manufacturers, so quality is very important. The main product is car horn for PEUGEOT 206 / 207.
