Cable Rewind Mechanism

I need a source of Qty 10 t0 100 per order, of 1.8m 3 core electric wire on 'pull to release' rewind system wit brake.
The plugs are for between a standard laptop computer and a UK 3 pin mains plug. Approx 150mm diameter. needs a way to fasten vertically on to side of wood.
