Dear Sirs,
We are a trading company in Japan and
want to make a buckwheat spaghetti like:
ingredient : more 50% of buckwheat
less 50% of durum wheat
shape : 1.7mm, strand, hard type
color : light brown (buckwheat color)
bag : 500g

we have a soba (buckwheat) noodle made
from : buckwheat 20% to 100%
wheat flour 80% to 0%
But we want to replace the wheat flour
with durum wheat to make soba noodle
more hard type and strand shape.
Therefore we w
