Boiler tubes

Kindly send us a quotation for the boiler tubes, we are working on a big tender and the following is required

-You should comply to technical specifications on a line by line basis without fail.
-Principal must provide at least two(2) reference letters from your customers of boiler tubes supplied in the last five years (5) years indicate dates on the reference letters ,of when similar tubes were supplied.
-Bidders(xxxxxxxxx) must provide us with an authorization letter from manufacturer
