Blank t-shirts price inquiry from Germany

i'm looking for a manufacturer for our men streetstyle brand.
It's about blank t-shirts 4 versions (short and long sleeve in normal and long line).
2 colours (black and dark grey pigmented).
We don't have any cut patterns. But good pics to show what we would like to have and could deliver a sample.
No printdesign needed, just a hangtag.
