Belt scale controller to import Egypt

i have a Feeding system consists of weigh screw (run on constant speed) and scale screw (run on frequency inverter).
the system capacity is 15 TPH.
can you kindly recommend me a model for belt scale controller?
the controller should recieve run signal and a reference signal from DCS, and outs an along signal express the actual quantity to the DCS.
