Bedding Fabric

I am looking for a company that;
1. can design my own fabric/patterns
2. which can supply me with material for bedding
3. key to my material requirement is; luxury/softness against the body/skin.
4. current strategy is to have duvet covers, pillow cases made in turkey with material that would be personalised.
