urb brand bearing imports

we are looking to import urb bearings from turkey. Does turkey manufacture the urb bearings.we used to get the same from romania/dubai.but now there is confusion as turkey name is mentioned on the packets,but the origin is from different countries, with different finishes.also ther is urb ulopia sourced bearings coming. hence kindly throgh some light on it, for us to continue selling urb bearings.
