Batteries factory to set up

we are egyptian company working at batteries distribution. we are interest to establish a batteries factory at our country.
please we need to get production line from your respective company and get help from you to establish this factory. we already have the land and fund and search for factory components. we aimed to product 30,000 unit monthly diffract sizes wet/flooded "liquid" and mf "sealed" aimed second type.
