Bamboo terry blankets

Dear Sirs. I represent Ukrainian trading company. I'm interested in terry blankets (120-140 * 200 size)
To start I need 15,000 pcs. What are the conditions of delivery and the price per piece?. Fabric bamboo or cotton. For me, the price is very important, so you can blended fabric with a little synthetic.
