Ball caps and tshirt import USA

We will be arriving to Istanbul on Tuesday August 30th.
Is it possible to get 200 Ball caps and 200 T-shirts produced and ready for pick up the evening of September 5? If so, please let me know where to get pricing, place my order and send the artwork for the embroidery and printing.
