Automobile headlamp to import Sri Lanka

I am from Sri Lanka, n I am invented a automobile head lamp, which works on 2 nos tiny led bulb n it has high n low beam in one unit n it does not need any special heat sink, just a small heat sink is more than enough, n drawing current 6.2 volts, n just 0.60 ampear it need, n I like to sell this technology to who needs this.
