Angola request offer for turbine of a dam project

we already had a visibility study to build a dam, with PPA agreement with the government,
what we need is a company could build this dam on BOOT basis,
also we need a company to put a turbine with a capacity of 150MG for Angola,
also a PPA agreement would be arranged with the government .
Both projects basis on BOT.
