Agricultural Irrigation System

we are looking for irrigation system which should suit our land, because our land is not symmetrical in dimensions about (918*680*850*520) meters.
so please ,you can help us to chose the suitable system which can cover bigger area as possible as we can.
our idea to use the following systems :
1-lateral move irrigation systems.
2-mechanized irrigation
we prefer the span not less than 250m.
