A4 copy paper

We want to start on this market now. We need the really best price for A4 copy paper as well as best quality.
We are prefer DoubleA brand or something els good quality ("A" quality, extra white, 102-104%, smooth and etc.)
Our first buying one 20ft container. 7800 reams (500 sheets/ream) with palette. 1560 boxes.
Then we would like to sell as weekly one container, maybe more, depending on price.
